How is the Beef Jerky shipped?

We ship our products via PostNL, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery time depends on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or info@smyrnajerky.com if you want to make changes.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us via the contact form or info@smyrnajerky.com. We will help you track the package and make sure the problem is solved.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package through the shipping company. Please check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days to request a return. We will send you the instructions for returning your product. The costs for returning are at your expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

What happens if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We can try to change your order before it is shipped. If you receive the wrong product, we can exchange it or offer you a refund.
