Origin of the Meat
Our cattle are kept on selected farms in the Netherlands and Germany. We work exclusively with suppliers who have high standards for animal welfare and sustainability.
Processing
The meat is carefully cut by hand, marinated with natural ingredients and dried traditionally. This process preserves both the flavour and nutritional value of the product.
Quality control
Each batch undergoes thorough quality controls, including hygiene tests, taste tests and visual inspection, to ensure consistent top quality.
